What We Offer

Though our specialty is catering, Heavenly Hands Event Catering offers a variety of event planning services. From start to finish, we can make your event one that your friends and familly will speak fondly of for years to come.

Catering

Heavenly Hands Catering has a variety of delicious menu items. We offer traditional cuisine with a Southern flair. Our menu is not all inclusive so if you desire something that you do not see, please let us know.

Waitstaff/Servers

Waitstaff/Server rate is $25 per server per hour, with a two-server, two hour minimum. Servers are not necessary at all events, but most events need them if the group is large. Our servers are available to set tables, serve food, clear tables, cake cutting, clear and wash dishes if necessary. The number of servers and length of time for service depends on the specific needs of your event. Servers on site for more than 8 hours are billed to you at time and a half ($37.50 per hour). The fee for service does not include gratuity, as we believe it should never be mandatory but is definitely appreciated.

Decorating

Heavenly Hands Catering and Event Planning offers a host of eclectic decorating possibilities. Just tell us your theme and we can make it happen for you. With the right budget, you can have an event fit for royalty!

Bartending

We have professionally trained bartenders available for your event. We are insured with liquor liability insurance. This enables us to pour any alcohol that you provide to your guests. We are licensed in the state of Indiana. However, we are certified/trained in both Illinois and Indiana. We will not operate a cash bar. We offer this service for clients who wish to provide alcohol for their guests without charge during a special event. We WILL NOT sell you any alcohol or transport it for you. We have a portable bar setup that includes ice, mixers and garnish available for an additional fee.

Rates are as follows:

As part of an event we are catering: $25.00 hourly, 2 hour minimum

Bartender only: $30.00 hourly, 2 hour minimum w/tip jar - $35.00 an hour w/o tip jar

Portable Bar w/Garnish $100 additional

One bartender can generally handle a crowd of 100. If you have labor intensive drinks, or are approaching 150 guests, we recommend having a second bartender.

Personal Chef

Heavenly Hands Catering and Event Planning has a top chef that offers personal chef service in the comfort of your home for up to 20 people. Our chef will work with you to plan your meal that will be professionally prepared for you and your guests by our top chef for a reasonable fee. Our chef will prepare a gourmet meal that you and your guests are sure to enjoy!
